Imobigo is a hospitality-venue management system that securely provides real-time live attendance data to venue managers, subsequently enabling instantaneous delivery of reactive personalised product promotions to customers' mobile devices to increase customer numbers, loyalty, retention, exposure to the venue brand, as well as facilitating continuous customer interaction.

Imobigo provides promotion for venues both within the venue, and directly to potential customers. The added value venues gain is the ability to measure and manage customer loyalty by targeting specific customers with specific promotions at particular times automatically or manually using the online tools.

Once venues have signed up, we anticipate they will have a significant advantage over their local competitors using this system. At Imobigo however we are aware that venues will inevitably market themselves in a number of ways. Having access to Imobigo's foot-traffic data will also enable businesses to improve these other marketing strategies.

The Imobigo node devices (for detecting crowds and sending promotional messages) will be installed free of charge into venues, and with a minimal recurring service charge each month, it is estimated that Imobigo clients will see a return on investment within their first month through increased customer foot traffic and subsequent sales.
